The psychology of time and temporal cues

In this recently started line of work, I focus on the role of time as a subtle but powerful influence and signaling cue that can impact judgment, motivation, and behavior, yet that has largely been overlooked in the management literature.

With this research, I aim to address issues such as the potential hidden benefits of delayed feedback for prosocial behavior, the influence of temporal cues on perceptions of entitlement, the role of feedback timing on motivation and engagement, the belief that breaks are beneficial for creative performance, and how time management might actually trigger unethical behavior.
