Laura Giurge is an award-winning organizational scholar who explores the science of how to do, and be, our best at work. As an Assistant Professor at London School of Economics (LSE), Laura is leading a hands-on course for executive and full-time MBA students on the science of time at work and beyond.
She is a leading expert in organizational behavior, specializing in workplace well-being, motivation, and the future of work. She published her research in top academic journals and popular press outlets, such as HBR, and has worked with prominent organizations worldwide, such as Microsoft and McKinsey. Her findings are featured internationally, including in The New York Times, Financial Times, and The Economist.
Laura earned her PhD in Management within 4 years from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to joining LSE, she has been a postdoctoral research fellow at Cornell University and London Business School, and a visiting scholar at Harvard Business School.
